Changed from 16 Weeks to 23 Weeks without any notice!!!
Be careful with Uswitch they like to switch the pay date's to whatever they want.
Swapped contract Nov 23, were due 16 weeks. Checked 16 weeks later nothing, gave couple weeks grace still said 16 weeks NOW 3 weeks after the 16 weeks says 23 weeks.
NOT IMPRESSED at all with Uswitch & TCB for not even saying anything or the reasons why

U Switch usually have best prices available. Cashback tracked straight away but waiting 6+ months now for it to payable.

I'm so disappointed. I followed all the rules and cashback was declined over 4 months later. TCB should ditch the companies that do this as it's giving them a bad name too!

6 months & still waiting
We took out took contracts both tracked at £11 within days with a 12 week expected payout. We are now at the 6 month mark with the status as confirmed, I expect this will not payout.
Increasingly with Top Cashback we are finding small amounts under £5 will pay out but never receive payouts over this amount. I am starting to think this website is becoming a con.

Purchased contract through Uswitch. It took months to reach confirmed status and 6 months on I still haven't received payment. This is completely unacceptable!

35 pound promise did not materialise. Claim refused. No explanation . Topcashback says this merchant does not allow disputed claim . Seen other negative reviews.

Very Slow and Sometimes Non Payer
I have used twice in the last 8 months. One has been declined - no idea why and the other one is still pending since December last year. It really isn't worth the hassle!
