Awful customer service. Have bought from them in the past and still wanted copies of I.d and was promised a delivery on 16th still waiting. Rang and spoke to James who promised me a call back in 5 minutes. Guess what? No call back. Their customer service is a joke. Stopped using these guys because of rubbish customer service on the past and thought I’d give them another chance. They are useless. Much better service at other ecig companies! Avoid these guys!
