	Nice little bonus Booked a last minute holiday through the TUI app and paid in full (paying in full at the point of booking is important, it's also important not to use any other promotions). I received the cashback in my account a couple of weeks after returning from the holiday. Very Happy :)

	Payment takes a couple of months to come through to "Payable" after holiday Clicked the TUI link in Topcashback, then booked my holiday a number of months before the trip. Purchase was tracked, and Payment took a couple of months to come through to "Payable" after holiday. Didnt have to chase or raise a customer services message to get the payment, so this one was easier than some others.

	10% Tui Cashback! Fabulous 10% cashback when booking a Tui Holiday, what's not to love about that! Easy going from TopCashback site to click through to Tui then the cashback took approx 29 weeks to be payable.

	Not Great TWO MARELLA CRUISE BOOKINGS WERE MADE. ONE TRACKED, THE OTHER DID NOT. THE TRACKED TRANSACTION, STILL HAS NOT BEEN PAID, THE UNTRACKED HAS BEEN PAID (GO FIGURE).

	Another unhappy customer Booked holiday via TCB in September 2024. Holiday was in July 2025. Hadn't had anything after the holiday so raised a claim. Just been advised that TopCashback weren't the final referrer. Appears to be a common theme with Tui. Holiday was good at least!

	did not pay you guessed it TUI has said that TCB were not the “final referrer”. a joke such large amounts of cashback does not pay says that reason for everyone by the look of it

	TUI are unreliable and untrustworthy regarding cashback Yet again TUI has said that TCB weren’t seen as the “final referrer”. I’ve had this at least 3 times from them. I have been a member of TCB for 18 years and know exactly how it works regarding cookies, etc. I use a completely separate and different browser for any purchases. Certain retailers always track straight away and pay out promptly. However, other retailers, such as TUI / Marella, always have an issue and decline cashback. This is despite the transactions being carried out in exactly the same way. I appreciate that this is not the fault of TCB, but I am surprised these companies are allowed to remain on the site when there are so many members reporting the same issue.

	Decent cashback but takes far too long You get a decent payback but it takes ages to come into your account. Holiday was purchased May 2024, holiday was in December 2025. I understand why the cashback is on freeze until you return from holiday due to returns/cancellations. However, it was still held in my account until July 2025. It was only released to me after I spoke to TCB as to why it was taking so long. Just to be aware of the length of waiting time in case you purchase.

	Tui DO NOT honour cashback claims I see Tui for exactly who they are!!!! CON ARTISTS. My cashback has been declined because “they didn’t see me”. They most definitely will not be seeing me or my money again in the future. After reading many other reviews suspiciously similar to mine they should be removed from this site.

	Cashback not paid! Dissapointing cashback wasn't paid. As with many reviews regarding TUI, the transaction apparently didn't show TCB as the final referer... Maybe TCB should consider removing TUI!

	AVOID - DID NOT PAY OUT Did not pay out. I was owed £60 they said "TopCashback was not seen as the final referrer of the purchase." Even though TCB themselves confirmed and admitted they could see I had used their website. TUI are a joke and a con! Something needs sorting when looking at all these reviews for the same issue.

	Don't bother Booked a holiday in January. Cashback was on ice until we actually went on the holiday, which is fair enough. Got back 10th June... Put in a missing cashback claim a few days after. Tui have come back and said it isn't eligible because they weren't the referrer. Absolutely ridiculous. I booked through the top cashback link for definite. Great way to get out of paying out. No evidence or anything.

	Avoid! Booked a family holiday, cashback didn’t track so had to claim. Tui then declined saying we had “cancelled /amended or they had refunded” none of this was true. Holiday was paid in full with no complications. Lesson learned! First and definitely the last time using them. Tui are absolute liars. Avoid.

	No casback received. Bought a holiday via provided link. Tui declain casback: We have now received a final response for your claim and been informed that we haven’t been seen as the reason this order was placed. This means we have been unable to obtain any money back on your behalf.

	Refuse to honour the cash back We purchased a package holiday through TUI and I have screen grabs proving we clicked through the top cash back site. Tui still declined the cashback. I would have purchased the holiday through another company as TUI’s price was only competitive when the cashback offer was taken into account.

	An embarrassment to Topcashback Elected not to track it making claims that cookies on their own site must not have been enabled. I made a Topcashback claim and was informed of the same reasons and told I sign up to this as a member of Topcashback. I guess that's inevitable when spending twenty thousand pounds through the site on a family holiday which coincidentally never tracked

	Repeated cashback failures with TUI I've had 3-4 transactions for medium to large family holidays not payout any cashback over about a 5 year period. I don't bother to use the TCB link for them any more. I found it better to book the holiday via phone, as for a discount and they make the full payment.
