Not always tracked and despite sending proof they decline. It's 50:50, don't buy from TravelUp on the basis of the cash back, think of it as a bonus if it tracks. They aren't always honest.

They just want more money
Don’t buy from them, if anything goes wrong they don’t want to know or they want more money. They ignore your emails and keep you hanging on the phones forever, once you’re connected they are rude and unhelpful even the fault was on their side.
Also, the prices are higher if you use a cash back site.
The whole company has problems include their staff and website. Don’t bother, go elsewhere.

worst ever experience. Booked a flight through travelup website but could not fly as was COVID +ve on preflight testing. Called the customer service and informed a day before departure.I was offered a voucher with deduction of 80GBP for "admin fee". Had to accept that as the only other option provided was to take £220 transferred to the account after 4-6 weeks, almost 60% less than what I paid for my ticket. Still waiting for the"VOUCHER". THE CUSTONER SERVICE HAS NOW STOPPED ANSWERIBG THE EMAILS AS WELL.

I have been waiting for my refund for more than three months now without any results. Four weeks ago they made me me believe that I would get my refund in 3-5 working days. Still no money on my account. I have spoken to several people from their stuff strictly online because their lines are always off or no one is reachable. I believe I am contacting always with the same person under different fake contact names. Fake company Fake staff. Avoid them at all costs!

Unimpressed. Better for the company not to offer cashback than to annoy customers by offering and then declining the payment. I have received cashback once from this company in the past. However, it has taken just over 5 months for them to decline payment for this booking (made in March 2019). Doesn't make me want to use the company again.
