Not impressed with TCB's dealing with this. They changed the T&C's 2 days after I had purchased to say that cashback not applicable for the £1 trial. No mention of this in the first place. As for the Times online subscription. it didn't appeal to me and would not be something I would use or personally pay for. Needed to ring to cancel (not possible via livechat) but customer services on the phone were pleasant.

Disgusting, changed the terms and conditions after I signed up.
Do not trust these. I signed up over a year ago. Everything went fine and the terms and conditions simply said you had to create an account and join the free trial. At no point did it say you have to be signed up for a certain amount of time. I cancelled the trial about 2 weeks later. Didn't track at all so I put a ticket in. To be honest, I had completely forgotten about it, until about a week ago when I got a message saying it had been rejected because I didn't follow the terms and condition. I know for a fact I did. I checked the page and can now see they've added you have to be signed up for a certain amount of time. This is absolutely disgusting. Check other reviews for this offer, did we all get it wrong? Nope. The Times changed the rules after we all signed up and claimed we didn't qualify. Just an awful company. TopCashback should also be ashamed they let them get away with it.

Don't even bother. 7 weeks late and the usual lack of progress from TCB. Its no wonder they don't have a phone number. Its a lot harder to ignore a phone than the current system where they can just trot off standard responses that often have little to do with what was asked.

Very disappointed with this provider. I signed up for a subscription and the terms at the time said I was entitled to some cashback. The terms were later changed so that my offer didn't qualify, but despite the terms changing after I signed up - I've been told I won't get the cashback. AVOID.
