	ordered the deal 3 weeks ago and after first sim card goin missing got intouch with CS online who were v.helpful and sent out a new sim within 3 days. Offer seems v.good, just had sim card activated via customer services again as the replacement didnt come with a number to activate on my own. But so far all seems good just waiting for number to port and will be ideal. Cashback amount is great for a 15pound a month contract. just waiting for it tobecome payable.

	Bought their SIM mainly because of the cashback on offer and thankfully, everything went through fine and cahsback was payable fairly promptly. No complaint on that end. In terms of the actual retailer, I did have trouble getting in touch over the phone, but was able to get hold of someone over their instant messaging service easily. They also changed their unlimited data plan to 3GB limit within the first month I had been with them, but after speaking to their CS team, we came to an arrangement where they knocked money off my bill to make up for this. Overall, very happy with the company, will stay with them for the foreseeable future.

	Good experience overall. Sim arrived promptly. Cashback tracked quickly (and paid out as advertised unlike some other advertisers on here)). Customer service are helpful on the phone and through online chat. On the down side, number porting took longer than it should have done, which is an area for improvement that will no doubt get quicker as their systems are refined. The signal is fine as they use EE, Unlimited phone and texts covers your needs amply with free answerphone - 3gb data was reduced from unlimited to 3gb within days of joining which is probably more than I need, but still a slightly disappointing development (mirroring reductions on other networks who are also cutting data allowances as demand and our needs increase). Look out for offers on their website when you sign up as they seem to have some cracking introductory offers ... and 10% of your monthly fee goes to charity too!

	Ordered one of the Special SIM only deals. The sim was delivered without nay issue really quickly, simply logged on and registered the sim and the phone was up a working in minutes! Great Deal hassle free AND they run through topcashback meaning I also get rewarded for my purchase. You can't go wrong! Reception is solid and comparable to all other major networks with good download speeds and 4G running in the city! All done and dusted without having to leave the house. Brilliant!

	Customer service brilliant. Very quick reply with online chat and when calling had no wait both times I called. Had no problems with reception or internet. I have the £14.99 unlimited everything simcard. Love the % donation each month to charity of my choice. Would totally recommend and in fact my partner going with them once his contract has ended as well as other family members.

	After Ovivo was sceptical, but apart from some initial website problems, its a bit basic and clunky on chrome, everything worked really well. The customer service is ENGLISH, quick and efficient. So yes a great little find.
