Good company offering good service, but the cashback took an age - over a year since I booked the mortgage, and six months since it completed, before it became payable, and most of that time it didn't even show up on my account. BUT it WAS paid, IN FULL, and without quibbles, in the end

I would suggest never use this broker for your Mortgage especially if you are looking for cash back. I did my re-mortgage with them. It was completed on 2nd Oct 2017. I was expecting my Cash back amount would be with me within 30/60 days. Today is 31st January -2018 and I am still waiting for my cash back!
