Generous cashback, but it took a while for it to ne credited
Booked to stay at a hotel owned by this chain in March 2023, stayed in the hotel in May 2023. Payout finally happened in March 2024.
Cashback was quite generous, and well worth having, but you will need to be patient before you receive it.

Doesn’t work
I booked in Oct 23, still not paid 27.3.24, I’m out of pocket, as I gave half of what would have been the cash back to the friends I’d also booked the accommodation for.

Dreadful
I booked for Christmas last year and chased the cashback with Topcashback the other day as I had not received it after 7 months. Topcashback paid me themselves. The Inn Collection did not honour the confirmed cashback.
