Love the fact they give money to local independant shops. Had to contact them re an order and the customer service was first rate. No problems , quick, polite efficent service. Pity other companies are not so good. Well done Hive books. One of my favourite online retailers.

Used more than once and cashback has always been paid promptly. Prices can be cheaper than Amazon before the cashback and you are offering some support to local booksellers. They are esspecially good if you have a minority interest so are looking for slightly more obscure books.

Prices as good as and often better than Amazon, great service, speedy cashback and love the fact that a local bookshop benefits (a %age donated to independent book shop of your choice).

I order a lot of books online for an elderly relative and always do a search for best price - often as not Hive have the best price. Cashback is speedy, delivery is speedy, service excellent and best of all you can support a local bookshop and help them. Brilliant.
