Visited showroom and was very happy with the quality and choice available. Delivery was arranged without problem and driver was exceptionally helpful. Unfortunately, didn't know that they offered cashback at time of purchase but would definately use company again.

Went to the garden furniture centre's showroom 2 weeks ago, had a great choice of products to look at. After very helpful advice from a friendly member of staff I settled for the cube set. Had it delivered a week later, driver took it into the garden for me. Very modern looking set, great quality, got a good deal for the weather cover and looks great! I'll deffinitely be heading back there to look at more!

Found the website very informative, and went to visit their showroom in Warwickshire so that I could see the furniture in the flesh. I found the staff very helpful and they demonstrated a good product knowledge. As well as the extensive display of teak garden furniture there was also a great selection of rustic roots type teak garden ornaments. Well worth a visit to the showroom!!!

Placed this order in october received my goods with various bolts missing and no instructions! The gazebo was not how I imagined it to be and at a cost of £300 I thought it would have been of better finish... the middle struts had no holes or bolts to attach to the main structure ....need I say more?
The cashback is none existing I submitted a missing claim and have heard nothing more... I have proof of an order on here and by email and the product now sitting in my garden should speak volumns!!
I should have received near on £30 back but as to date i have nothing in my account and further more no feedback whatsoever from the company...very disappointed....deflated ....fed up....

Awful customer service, had to wait nearly 4 weeks for my delivery, had to call up on many occasions, most of the time the phone was engaged, stay away!
