Don't bother with them. They don't even get back to any customer service emails when I wanted to cancel my order. Fortunately it was just a £3 correx board and I did go and pick it up from their depot in the end a few wks later.
I think they are too busy with their catering and business customers to worry about us lot. Cashback has not even been confirmed and is still waiting for the merchant despite buying from them about 5mths ago. Cashback is high but I think it's just a ploy to get people to shop with them.
