Like another reviewer, I had my cash back denied, even though it was a legitimate purchase and was tracked properly.
I find it despicable that so-called 'professional' companies can dangle the carrot of a cash back reward only to renege on their 'promise' at a (much) later date. This has happened to me on quite a few occasions now (Halfords comes to mind), and it will put me off from buying again from such retailers.

Must be the slowest ever to pay out
Sweaty Betty are certainly the slowest at paying out although tracks straight away ,, waiting 6 months or more is pathetic

Having previously given Sweaty Betty 5 stars I need to now chnge that to one star. I now have 3 substantial trasaction , one of which has been pending for 4 months. They appear not to pay out cashback. The product remain terrific, their cashback provision is awful.

Sweaty Betty is one of my favourite retailers. Sadly of all the cashback retailers I have experienced it is by far the worse. Purchases never track, claims always need to be pursued and it seems to be entirely arbitrary as to whether cashback is ever seen. This is not just an issue with TopCashBack but applies to other cashback sites. Please improve or just leave the cashback arena Sweaty Betty.

The company reneged on their 'promise' cash back reward. This will definitely put me off from buying again from Sweaty Betty. Shame, as I like their products and brand, and from what I can remember the delivery was fairly swift.
