I've ordered 3 pairs of sunglasses on different occasions, always have good customer service, but they've always declined my cashback, not sure why, hence not many stars

Made a purchase through TCB and all went fine with delivery. But cashback declined. Very disappointed. May be they don't want to pay cashback as there is no way to challenge why they declined the cashback. Won't recommend them for cashback.
