Very frustrating
I am well overdue the £40 promised and have filed the complaint with the Customer Service team but nothing has been forthcoming. What I find doubly frustrating is that TopCashback offer me £42 every time I go to the Squarespace website to update my new website! I beginning to believe I will not get this money but I will continue to 'nudge' the issue for the little that seems to be doing.

Fraudsters, cashback not tracked. No payment
Hi, I had purchased Squarespace plan via topcashback link. But the transaction was not tracked and I didn't receive any cashback for the same.

They didn't pay out although I bought an annual plan.
I bought an annual plan. They didn't pay out. I submitted a claim and they still didn't pay. Disappointed to say the least, offering £40 in cashback is a good temptation but they don't honour it.
