Avoid this terrible company. Once you’ve purchased they are no longer interested. Purchased 6ft pool table that’s actually 4,1/2 ft with damage from transit and manufacturers poor quality. Photos supplied that shows what an eyesore the table is in. Please use a reputable company with good after sales care

ZERO STAR RATING - APPALLING EXPERIENCE
If I could award a minus star rating I would. This company has to be THE worst one I have ever dealt with. Bought a treadmill or so I thought. It turns out to be the biggest load of garbage ever. Although next day delivery stated, it took 2 weeks and then the night before delivery I got a call telling me out of stock and offered alternative. It arrived with some damage, missing parts, no tools and wrong manual (photocopy for another treadmill). I even commented to them that it looked like someone had just walked around the warehouse and cobbled something together from what was lying around at the last minute. Was e-mailed a manual for a cross trainer and then finally a poor copy of correct manual. When I insisted on original manual the one sent in the post was underpaid so I had to cough up more money to get it from the Post Office and then it turned out to be a poor photocopy again. 4 months on, it stopped abruptly which is very dangerous. All electrics in my home blown when it is switched on so cannot use it and wouldn't want to now as it's dangerous. Problems trying to get collection, rude staff and even implying I am a liar. Driver refused collection..poor thing was scared he may damage it and have to pay for damage. They stated treadmill had to be on ground floor for collection which is rich considering I live in a bungalow and everything is at ground floor level. Please, PLEASE, PLEASE buy from a reputable company and not these people. You will waste time and money trying to get through the many brick walls and rudeness of the staff but to no avail. What they sold is truly DANGEROUS! These 'people' are well rehearsed on objection handling. Their idea of customer service is to brow beat you into submission. Well it says a lot when you call customer service and they just talk over anything you have to say. They really are not interested once they have your money.

Excellent site. I also had to phone (no waiting or pushing buttons) about the product and payment and the assistant was really helpful. Product arrived within 24 hours of ordering - you need to order before 9am to guarantee next day delivery. Would thoroughly recommend this site.

No problem tracking. Bought Bodytrain T1000 treadmill, excellent value.Quite small, but ideal for walking, and folds away well.

ordered trampoline 6 months ago logged in to topcashback and checked that tracking was working ok. ordered trampoline but order did not track? and still no payment even after several nudges to topcashback.very disappointing would not use this firm again. the only retailer which has not tracked correctly.
