Although it is fair to say there are some negative Sky Mobile reviews below, you will also find some TopCashback members have provided positive feedback for the mobile virtual network operator. One happy customer said: “Switched to Sky Mobile and, as an existing TV subscriber, it’s costing me £5 per month for unlimited calls and texts, and 1GB data with rollover. Where else can you get a better deal that that? Nowhere. Process was simple and quick and, as an added bonus, they put 3GB data in my rollover bank.” Other complimentary feedback includes “loving it so far” and “really happy with the service received from Sky customer service”. Another review states: “Super price, super service. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend and when other mobile contracts in the house come up, we will be changing them all to Sky Mobile.”

	Five stars only to get to the top of the list , I and a friend both signed up to Sky mobile via different computers and we both use a seperate browser just for cashback and neither has tracked yet so not looking good :o(

	Update on my review last year, Yesterday TCB was successful in getting me my £40 cashback from December 2019, I sent a couple of e-mails to TCB which showed i was still a customer of Sky Mobile and well done TCB you came up trumps. The product is very good but beware when they do offer cashback you may need to work a little and wait.

	Tracked all OK at £40 but today got declined, had to submit a support ticket as will not let me put in missing claim as over 75 days old, will update review when anything is updated but looking at recent reviews i'm not holding my breath.

	Was expecting £30 for taking a SIMO £6 deal but only got £10. No way to raise a claim against it as it tracked and went to payable.

	Not tracked, customer service useless Took out an expensive iPhone 14pro contract for it to not track. Logged this with top cashback stating that I needed a prompt response as 14 days is the time you get to return the phone if not what is wanted, couldn’t be more useless with their help. Still waiting and it’s been months. Not to mention the actual phone service of Sky is rubbish. Always says 4G or 3G and if full bars nothing works still.

	Update after 3 months on Sky cashback, No response from Sky on my or my partners cashback and neither have tracked, another update in 3 months.

	Avoid! Transaction didnt track, claim raised. Now in month 6 and still nothing! Topcashback are not interested as is evident from their responses! Note how there isnt any “Tracking and Payout Statistics” for this merchant also. Highly suspicious!

	Mine also did not show up despite it being tracked n topcashback. Either remove this offer if Sky continue to disappoint so many new customers or ensure they have a better track record of tracking and paying the cashback. Not impressed at all and this also reflects badly on topcashback as it lures you into using their site yet you are then left waiting and waiting. I have lodged a complaint and hope this will be resolved very soon.

	Not Happy! They Advertise Great Cash Back, Site allows you to complete to the end and then its says please contact our customer service to continue with your order!! Not Happy as when I phoned Sky they said by completing with my order over the phone the Cash Back would not be rewarded...!

	They do not pay. Three family members brought sims each on their own account in November '17. None have been paid. Says 'waiting for retailer'.

	Ive purchased four sims from sky, at different times. None tracked. All manual claims. No cashback even after seven months. 'waiting for retailer action' what a joke!
