Although it is fair to say there are some negative Sky Mobile reviews below, you will also find some TopCashback members have provided positive feedback for the mobile virtual network operator. Such comments include “very good, paid out after raising claim” and “tracked within two hours from signup”. If you take a look on Trustpilot, you will also find some excellent Sky Mobile review feedback.

One happy customer said: “Switched to Sky Mobile and, as an existing TV subscriber, it’s costing me £5 per month for unlimited calls and texts, and 1GB data with rollover. Where else can you get a better deal that that? Nowhere. Process was simple and quick and, as an added bonus, they put 3GB data in my rollover bank.” Other complimentary feedback includes “loving it so far” and “really happy with the service received from Sky customer service”. Another review states: “Super price, super service. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend and when other mobile contracts in the house come up, we will be changing them all to Sky Mobile.”

friend icon Avoid! transaction didnt track, claim raised. Now in month 6 and still nothing! topcashback are not interested as is evident from their responses! note how there isnt any “tracking and payout statistics” for this merchant also. Highly suspicious!

friend icon Mine also did not show up despite it being tracked n topcashback. Either remove this offer if sky continue to disappoint so many new customers or ensure they have a better track record of tracking and paying the cashback. Not impressed at all and this also reflects badly on topcashback as it lures you into using their site yet you are then left waiting and waiting. I have lodged a complaint and hope this will be resolved very soon.

friend icon Not happy! they advertise great cash back, site allows you to complete to the end and then its says please contact our customer service to continue with your order!! not happy as when I phoned sky they said by completing with my order over the phone the cash back would not be rewarded...!

friend icon Used topcashback before ordering my phone. I had the usual popup to say my visit has been recorded no cashback tracked so I submitted a claim. That was back in september. Still no cashback. I chose sky moile due to the cashback. I won't make that mistake again.
