I only rated this 5 stars so that others could see this review. After having waited over 4 months for my cashback, Simplyhealth decided to decline my cashback, despite this being a genuine purchase. DO NOT USE or BE WARNED! I would give less than zero stars if possible.

contrary to TCBACK 12 weeks payment I know of at least 2 people who signed up around late Aug/Sept. 9 months on and still told to wait by TCB . come on be real about timescales with this company and help us cash backers at the same time.

When you buy online Simply Health will phone you and sign you on again, cancelling your first order. If you say that you have already bought online they will make the excuse that something is missing from the order. Therefore no cashback???? sneaky

Got my cash back after waiting for hell of a long time, had to put in a couple of support tickets to find out what happened it to it. Very VERY slow but does pay out in the end.

Great offer, but it took nearly 7 months and to get my cashbook! To be fair though, whenever I contacted Topcashback, I got an immediate response and the status moved along to the next stage.

Signed up for a simplyhealth plan but cashback was declined without explanation. I have been waiting nearly two years for a resolution so I am not optimistic that they will pay up.
