	I was very pleased with my purchases and the amount of cashback however I still havent received cashback from one of my purchases even though it was bought in November 2011 and the estimated time of payment was January 2012!

	Still problems with tracking, so I had to do this manually. Just ordered some more stuff today, so it will be interesting to see if it tracks. Service and delivery was good though.

	tracked next day but beware they only pay cashback on the excluding vat price, this wasnt mentioned pre purchase. will let you know what their service is like when product arrives.

	I purchased through simply hike approx £320.00 worth of hiking gear early in feb. They have still not tracked despite having started a manual track on it. Initially impressed with service and quality of goods BUT this is the only company I have come accross that looks like it is not going to track and pay the commission. I won't be using them again!

	Goods arrived very quickly. Purchase did not initially track. After submitting a missing commission claim, cashback became payable after a month and a half. Got the cashback in the end, so overall, I am pleased with this company.
