Great product and service. Cashback tracked quickly, however payment is very late. Currently 2 months past the estimated payable date and still waiting!

Genuine cashback claim declined with no reason given. Topcashback seem to have done their best to pursue but the merchant has simply declined.
This was our only reason for selecting this merchant for a significant spend and we followed all proper processes.
Would not recommend and I am annoyed they got our business, will not revisit.

Bought a Ruark radio which was faulty, I returned the item back in person and the manager was abrupt. I spent 20 mins in the store with a salesperson who checked the item and it didn't work. Later they emailed me and told me there was damage on it but failed to address this whilst I was there, they prob damaged it and using that as an excuse not to refund me. Avoid, disgusting customer service, go elsewhere like Richer Sounds. I'm going to have to take it up with my bank or County Court now, avoid !

AVOID! Order took 2 weeks to be dispatched. Cashback didn't track and a claim was subsequently rejected due to the alleged use of a code or a voucher, despite the fact I didn't use any code or voucher. Many other negative reviews here so why Topcashback is still showing this merchant is beyond my understanding. It certainly damages Topcashback's reputation.

Cashback sat at "Pending" for over 12 months and changed to "Declined" without me noticing and the merchant will not accept claims over 12 months old despite me chasing almost monthly. Charlatans.

NOT HAPPY. I played by the rules and expected a nice cashback payment after spending several hundreds of pounds with them. However, they have never paid. The money has been in the 'pending' column for over a year! Topcashback did their best to chase the cashback up but to no avail. WILL NOT BE USING THIS COMPANY AGAIN. This borders on the dishonest.

I'm unable to enter a star rating for this merchant though it should be ZERO (this applies to cashback) the purchase, it tracked quickly, delivery and performance of the product was good. Topcashback have been pursuing the LATE cashback claim on an ongoing basis. Purchased in April 11 it's now December 11 and still no cashback. Don't purchase relying on cashback, as I've said before it may never arrive!
