Cashback Declined
Yet another failed transaction from top cashback!
I do not need advice on how to "prevent this happening in the future". I have been a customer on here for years. I am capable of reading the criteria required for claiming cash back. I think it's time that you update your system as this seems to be happening more and more these days. Transactions don't track. You then lodge a claim. Wait months on end to find out it was unsuccessful.
Pretty poor!

Cashback doesn't track.
Cashback didn't track and I got a response saying that topcashback haven’t been seen as the reason this order was placed. Looks like an issue on their side since my order was done on a freshly built device with no ad blocker, AV or any cookies to mess with the purchase. My advice is don't by with see ticket for the chance at cashback. Shop around the ticket sellers as they often differ in prices by a few quid. If you find one that has the show you want and is slightly cheaper then go with them since See Tickets likely won't pay out the cashback.

Excessive booking fees, well over the going rate, plus additional stealth charges. If they are the only seller then you are stuck with these. I was unfortunate enough to book a gig where the artist died within days and they refused to communicate with customers over it. Eventually an automatic e-mail came promising a refund within 28 days. In fact they issued a partial refund 37 days later, keeping £27 for zero work done. They've hidden behind Covid-19 to avoid explaining their decision or informing customers. A small admin charge could have been justified but this was extortionate. I'll avoid in future.
