Booked tickets with sealife on the 2nd of July visited on the 5th and just checked my account on 13th and already its payable, very quick payment. We all had a great day, kids loved seeing all the animals.

tracked within a hour of process. went to sealife today in weymouth and is worth every single penny paid . truely recommend for people with young children as everythink is free once you are inside including all the rides including a aliigator log flume which you get absolutely soaked on even know its tiny drop lol

They are refusing to pay cash back on this offer, the only reason I went through these other than another merchant, will not be booking with them again and will renew my merlin pass with someone else in future

Words fail me... Topcashback should remove this lot as they are refusing to pay the cashback they pretend to be offering. I purchased 6 times, only got paid ONCE after submitting a claim! The other 5 have tracked but then changed to ZERO and after I submitted claims those were DECLINED too. Here is the exact reply from topcashback: (Read the reason for the declined cashback!) Say no more... Hi there, I can confirm that we have now received an update as regards to this status of this claim. Unfortunately it seems that the merchant has taken the decision to decline this submission, and as such we have not received any cashback to pay over to you or add as a pending indication to your account. The reason that we have received to support this decision states… “Commission not paid on London Sealife purchases”. We are sorry that we have not been able to recover anything for you on this occasion. I hope that any transactions you go on to make in the future go a lot more smoothly for you. Purchased 4 times from Sealife between November 2013 and February 2012 for London Aquarium Combination tickets and all 4 times tracked at £ZERO meaning i had to open claims for all 4 transactions. The first transaction was located and correctly added to my account but the next two were declined with the comment 'Duplicate'. The 4th is still unresolved... Terrible - Do not bank on getting cashback from them.
