Generally very good. Had problem with one item not delivered which I initially thought was due to delay because of Covid situation. Emailed customer service very prompt turned out despatched but not delivered. Agent reordered immediately after asking if I wanted that or a refund. I also mentioned that I had wanted a different colour but it was out of stock at time. They changed my order for this one. PreCovid I've had no problems with delivery or delays. which I initially thought was delayed due to Civic situation. Contacted customer service by email. Very prompt reply turm

OK for stock items. Customer services not overly helpful for 3rd party sellers items and delivery can be very slow.

I have bought twice from this mercgant and on both occasions the products were poor and the returns/replacement was difficult. I bought a handbag (bogof) and the handle fell out, they replaced it and the same thing happened with the replacement. I have written to them requesting another replacement and they use the 'ignore the customer' technique. Clearly the bags are not fit for purpose and their customer service is the pits. Additionally it took months to fill the original order - there are so many decent companies out there who are on the ball and offer speedy delivery and deal effectively with problems so I will not be using them again.
