It’s also free to join the Schuh Club, where you can rack up rewards with purchase points. For every £1 you spend, you’ll earn 1 point, and new members get double points on their first purchase. Reach 100 points and you’ll get a £5 Schuh voucher.
Students can join the Schuh Club Student to earn double points (2 points per £1) and get a 10% Schuh student discount on full-price items.

Schuh Imperfects are sold on site with a little wear and tear from being tried on in store, or Schuh returns that feature small scuffs or discolouration.

Schuh returns
Shopping online sometimes means you can’t be sure of the right fit until you try it on at home. With the Schuh returns policy, you get a generous 365 days to send your order back and get a refund or exchange.
For returns by post, you’ll need to pay to send back (£3 charge as of August 2025), although you can return in store for free.
You’ll be able to receive a full return or exchange for another product. Schuh ex-display shoes cannot be returned or exchanged, as they are not usual stock but one-off pairs sold at a discount.
