	They never pay cashback, don't bother at all. I had a S25 Ultra contract with £45 cashback which initially tracked and after about a month it was denied. Avoid Samsung for cashback, it seems to be a common pattern to deny cashback pay at all costs.

	avoid, cashback declined again. The entire process was a disaster. I ordered an S25 Ultra data contract, which was supposed to pay out £45, but it was declined. The order was meant to arrive the next day, but it didn’t. After two weeks of spending about hours each day chasing my order through various live chats and call centers, it finally arrived. However, they sent the wrong color and included a faulty O2 SIM card. This terrible experience, combined with the declined cashback, is the final straw with Samsung, never again!

	Not a good experience They will find some way to decline or reduce your payout... beware!!! Then blame terms and conditions!!!

	Declined no reason given My last few purchases with Currys. TCB has been declined...no reason given.Tend to avoid Currys now as not honouring cashback for such a big company is shameful.

	Resolved Cashback Issue with a Positive Outcome Initially, my transaction did not track as expected, which was disappointing. However, I submitted a missing cashback claim, and I am pleased to report that it was resolved successfully. The cashback was eventually paid out by Samsung, and I am satisfied with the outcome. I appreciate the Samsung’s efforts in addressing the issue in a timely and fair manner.

	You won't get your cashback. These guys are absolute shambles.Never pays out any cashback,you must be very lucky if they do.Followed all T&C,still got declined.Neither Topcashback are reliable helping out.

	always seem to decline any cashback always seem to decline any cashback! declined 2 lots of c shback for 2 purchases.. id recommend thinking twice before banking on any confirmed cashback. very disappointing

	whole experience with samsung wasnt good cashback wrong to orderered several items . some prices jumped up from adding to basket. then the 20% sashback was no where ndear spent over 3k , got less than 300 back

	Samsung cashback declined I bought vacuum cleaner from samsung using topcashback site and expected cashback but after 8 weeks waiting time cashback was declined, here is many reviews with declined cashbacks why topcashback site not banning retailers which not paying as promised!!! And this happens to me not first time,few years ago my expected cashback over £ 200 was declined, may need to use other cashback sites in future

	Declined as with most others - for no reason As with many others followed correct steps and yet eventually declined for no reason - ensured the tracking was ok, cleared cookies etc etc valid purchase - yet declined - TCB should remove this retailer as they are misleading people

	Straightforward, simple cash back Samsung was offering 10% cash back on the new S25 range, as well as a range of other early purchase incentives. I bought the S25 Ultra, got excellent speedy delivery, and all of the extras were received. All in all, an excellent experience with Samsung. Thank you!

	Declined Followed the correct steps. Declined. The only reason I bought from Samsung was for the cashback. Don't waste your time if same price elsewhere, choose elsewhere.

	Fastest payout ever Purchased two s25 ultras directly from Samsung and got my cashback within 3 weeks , im very happy. I have used topcashback and purchased Samsung products previously and again tracked and paid out at lightening speed.

	No cashback! Clicked through, received the pop- up stating my visit had been tracked. Took advantage of a £45 cashback for taking out an S25 Ultra contract on Three which was advertised on the front page. Despite this and having logged a claim, I'm told that I'm not getting the cashback as I've potentially clicked through via another merchant.

	£199 declined for no reason Placed an order with enhanced 17% cashback as part of Jan deal. Buy 2 appliances get 15% off plus the 17% cashback. Great deal. I bought and now own a washer and dryer. Come to check my account and it’s been ‘declined’. I have asked a support ticket to be raised. I’ve never had this issue with a retailer before and given the reviews im sceptical of a resolution. But given the large amount I 100% did the cashback properly. I will be taking this further if they don’t fix up.

	Declined I bought a brand new device for about £1200 from Samsung through top cash back and Samsung declined the £60 it was suppose to reward me! Tried to get answers from Top Cash Back did not get anywhere! Poor

	Declined by retailer after returns period elapse! DECLINED for no obvious reason! No voucher codes used but cashback declined on mobile phone purchase (2 times on different occasions). Worst of all is that they decline the cashback AFTER the returns period has elapsed so you cant return the mobile for a refund.

	Excellent cashback experience As I have the Top Cashback app installed on Google Chrome, I never have to think about going through the site - as long as I'm on a retailer who is part of TCB, I automatically get the cashback. So with Samsung, it was easy as pie!
