As others mentioned this didn't track - website seems to use additional pop up to process claims probably circumventing tracking?

Didn’t even track
I followed all the steps on the TCB process with this merchant but it didn’t even track. I’ve raised a manual missing cashback claim but not holding our much hope as from the other reviews, no one seems to have ever got cashback! They shouldn’t be allowed on TCB in my view
