Failed to pay 3 times
Ordered 4 times via TC site, and although followed instructions to the letter, ordering and paying immediately, no items returned, twice visit recorded but failed to track and twice tracked but payment denied. While I like Rohan gear, it is not cheap, and the quality of manufacture and design are declining. My experience of them via TC is disappointing and a further insult.
Will look at other brands next time. A shame, after being a Rohan customer for over 30 yrs, that the brand appears to be losing its appeal.

Tracks quickly, and good products, but BEWARE if you send anything back from order (not unreasonable for mail order when no shops geographically close), as it appears to negate ALL CB on that order.
