I bought item online without any discounts and rejected my cash back, unsure why but I'll look elsewhere next time.

Declined the topcashback
Using gift card to pay, but decline my topcashback, I didn't see this term when I pay it and all other merchants I pay before can use gift card without decline. Worst ever.

Funny that, River Island have no record. Top cashback did so I put in a claim but River Island have no record. Does this mean they'll refund me the purchase price because I didn't buy anything and I can keep the goods I didn't order but received anyway?
