Made 2 bookings in May'19, one tracked and paid in approx 6 months, the other didn't track - claim lodged, just paid out in Aug '20. Worth persevering!

I have also rated this 5 star as I want others to see that it is nearly 8 months on and NO CASHBACk , 26 weeks originally was the estimate , then after16 weeks extended to 26 weeks and 8 months later nothing ! I anticipate this post will be taken down but £40 is a lot of money to us and we bought this product purely because of the cash back !!

I am giving this review 5 Stars so that you will see it. Low ratings are hidden and you have to search for them, plus they never seem to affect the star rating overall. There were no issues with the purchase/hiring process. This is about the cashback. After 5 months the status is still “Confirmed” waiting to move to “Payable”. So be prepared for a long wait for any cashback!

I wrote this review for booking.com, but it can also apply perfectly to rentalcars.com because it is part of the same group of companies: I love booking.com and I use it all the time *because* of topcashback, which makes it very very competitive. Keep it up!
