If you would like your books to arrive a little sooner, there are two upgrade options for express delivery. Royal Mail first class will see your order arrive in 1-2 working days (including Saturdays) if you order by 1pm Monday-Friday, while they also provide a tracked next day courier service (excluding weekends and Bank Holidays).

Orders placed by 5pm Monday-Thursday will be delivered the next day, while those placed on Friday, Saturday or before 10am on Sunday will arrive on Monday. Books which are stocked in their warehouse and are being sent to UK mainland addresses are eligible for a delivery upgrade and are identifiable by the Express Delivery tag.

Wordery will always try and send your order in as few packages as possible, although sometimes they will have to send them separately. Go to 'My Wordery orders' to see how your items are arriving. If you choose the tracked next day courier service, you will receive an email containing a tracking link once your parcel has been dispatched.

If you change your mind about a purchase, you can return a book for a full refund within 30 days of receipt, as long as it is in its original, undamaged condition and ideally in the original packaging, making sure to enclose a copy of your receipt slip.

Wordery cannot exchange books, but they can offer replacements if necessary. You will find the address you will need to send books back to on the Help & Contact page of the website, while you should obtain proof of postage. They will refund you via the original payment method. If the book you ordered is damaged, or they send you the wrong item, you will need to contact the customer services team by email, including the order number and details.
