No cashback
I purchased 3 pieces of Arcam hifi kit from Peter Tyson, costing a total of almost £3,700. The purchase was made via the link on Topcashback. However, like other reviewers, no cashback was ever credited to my Topcashback account. The kit could have been purchased from other online hifi retailers for the same amount but the cashback offer encouraged me to buy from Peter Tyson. I will not be buying anything else from them.

Cashback tracked without any issue
There are a couple of other reviews saying cashback didn't track. Mine did, no issues. Quite often people only post when something doesn't work out, so wished to even things up for Peter Tyson (who have been great with me otherwise in terms of customer service, I'd have no issues recommending them).

Inexplicably declined £35 claim. They must know that cashback is an incentive to buy from them rather than another retailer, why else would the offer appear on Top Cashback, and their refusal suggests disingenuity.

Cashback declined - I have no idea why. All I can say is I won't be bothering again in the future!
