Cashback is only available to new pet insurance customers.
In order to receive the cashback you must click through to the Pet Protect Pet Insurance website directly via the TopCashback link, generate a new quote and purchase directly from Pet Protect Pet Insurance.
Cashback is payable only on policies taken out completely online. If you telephone Pet Protect and complete your purchase over the phone, you will not be eligible for cashback.
Your pet insurance policy must be continuously in force for at least 60 days and all your premium payments must be up to date in order to qualify for cashback. Cashback terms will verified and be confirmed and paid by TopCashback to you within 3 months.
Although quotes may show as tracked in your TopCashback account this is subject to validation.
You must ensure that you have third party cookie tracking enabled on your device on which you make the application and you allow the confirmation page to fully load before closing the window.
This merchant calculates cashback excluding VAT, delivery and any other charges.

If your policy does not track after 3 days, please raise a claim with TopCashback within 18 weeks of your transaction. Subject to validation the claim will then be processed.
