These glasses are perfect. Only need them for around the house or when I'm not using my contact lenses. They were a great price and look more expensive than they are. I've had a lot of compliments about them. Service was really easy and quicker than ordering from my usual opticians. I was worried about ordering something I couldn't try on but it was fine. Highly recommend this company.

Used Perfect glasses after an unresolveable dispute with another on-line seller...delivery was a little slow, however I believe that has now been resolved...Good product for the price.

I am impressed with the extra lens options that would have cost me a small fortune from a high street. Highly recommended especially if you have a high prescription. Just make sure you have the correct measurements for the frame.

Great glasses at less than half the price that I would have paid to any high street optician. The delivery did take a couple of weeks but I guess it was worth it. The quality was better than what I expected at that price.

Glasses are fine, however purchase wasn't tracked, so submitted a claim via TCB in May, still hasn't tracked let alone paid any cash back - very disappointing, I wouldn't recommend this company for cash back although their glasses are OK

Paid for glasses end of February. Despite repeated phone calls to their London phone number, I have not yet received my glasses. First reason they gave me was that they were lost in post, that was one month ago. Said they would send replacement pair within the week as a matter of urgency but guess what nothing, no glasses.

Maybe perfect glasses? I wouldn't know I haven't recieved them yet 9 weeks down the line. Absolute rubbish. Never,never get glasses from these people. You'll be sorry if you do.

*** DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY *** OK, it's now a year since I bought from "Perfect Glasses". Still no cashback and they're still completely ignoring TCB, and I see from other reviewers that their customer service and supply antics are just as bad as I experienced. Given the hassle and attempted con I experienced and the similar problems I can see a good number of their other reviewers have suffered, I can only echo other reviewers' recommendation: I STRONGLY ADVISE THAT YOU DO NOT BUY FROM PERFECT GLASSES.

Well - nearly 11 months since my two purchases and still no cashback from this company - despite Topcashback submitting both claims twice for me. Do not recommend as the glasses took about three times longer than advertised to arrive as well.

Early days yet as only just ordered the glasses and they have not arrived so far - however I expect they will turn up soon. As for cash back, nearly £20 and tracked almost immediately so very pleased with that.

Summary for potential customers: DO NOT USE PERFECT GLASSES! This is an update to my posting back in January, and takes into account other postings since then. It's now 9 months since I ordered my glasses. The order never tracked, the buy one get one free offer didn't exist, lenses advertised didn't exist and had I not chased them one pair of glassees would never have even been delivered to me. 9 months later TopCashBack are getting nowhere with my cashback claim. Given the issues other posters have had with this company (even worse service than I received) and the fact that nobody seems to get their cashback, I now categorically recommend that you do NOT use this company. At all. Ever.

Basically not impressed. Have to enter prescription details individually for each pair of glasses even if all pairs are to the same prescription, which is a touch irritating. Supposed "free frames" offer doesn't actually exist. Cashback hasn't tracked; now waiting on Topcashback for that one. Had an email the day after I ordered to say that the grey sunglass lenses offered with a particular frame weren't actually available for that frame, only the brown lenses. I'm not too bothered about the colour but if they can't supply grey, why offer them? No further contact from the company until two of the three pairs of glasses I ordered arrived in the door. Packaging poor: in an oversized normal envelope with a bit of bubble wrap around the case - even eBay sellers now use padded envelopes as standard! And the third pair of glasses I'd ordered? Emailed to ask and got a reply a couple of days later to say that pair had been damaged during production, frame no longer available, could I get back to them and tell them what different frame (at same price) I'd like? But very much got the impression that had I not queried the missing glasses they would have taken the money and said nothing. Overall, despite the two pairs of glasses I have got being very nice (and, as someone else said, much better than glasses costing twice as much from a High Street optician), the sheer hassle of dealing with this company means I can't recommend them. I'll post again when/if Topcashback manage to resolve the cashback issue for me.

Still no glasses. Why is this retailer still on site? gave me a fictitious recorded tracking number, then said item returned as packaging broke, then failed quality control etc etc etc AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE

Dreadful - avoid like the plague. Told me that I had a complex prescription +.25 in one eye +.5 in other - 3 weeks & still not here. Same prescription took 2 days to arrive from Best 4 glasses. Their customer service reps are rude & talk rubbish WHY IS THIS COMPANY STILL ON TOP CASHBACK? I would not have used them if not on here. Wish I had read the reviews before I bought :(

Dreadful., hence no star at all. Simply awful. Suspicious of their prestigious sounding address and looking at the other comments I see why. Sent damagged and incorrect glasses. Dreadful customer service. Reported them to trading standards and they didn't respond either !! Just don't belive all you see on the net. They should be prosecuted for false trading IMHO

This has got to be one of the worst companies I've ever dealt with. The customer sevice is the appauling. There was no delay in taking my money but over 2 weeks later I still haven't received my glasses despite being told several times that they are being dispatched and that I'll receive them by the end of the following week. For example, I complained on 15/11/10 and received a reply the following day apologising for the delay and stating the glasses would be despatched in the next 1-2 days. I've just phoned them again and been told that they'll be dispatched on either 22 or 23/11/10 (a week after the email said they'd be despatched!). Apparently they will arrive by the end of next week. I've completely lost patience with this company and requested a full refund only to be told that I'd only get a 50% refund of the frames and that I have to wait up to 28 days if I want a full refund. I can't beleive the way this company treat customers and from searching on the internet it seems I'm not the only one. Apparently, they have also been known to submit positive reviews to counter the bad ones like this. I have no idea if that is true but I will certainly never use them again and would strongly recommend everyone else stays well away from this merchant. Just to be clear, this is my personal opinion of the merchant and has nothing to do with the service I receive from TopCashBack as that's always excellent.

Must agree with Chris. Do your homework before choosing this retailer. Look at some of the comments on moneysaving expert or bitterwallet. Also trades as exclusive eyes, eye experts, glasses experts.
