	Tracked OK initially, but payment was then declined by merchant in error. Lodged a claim, which took a couple of months to settle, but all paid now.

	sometimes the website seems to be down - when clicking you only get "nothing". Yet, some hours later, it usually works. Unfortunately, this happens frequently with this merchant - maybe they should re-think their partnership with Zanox...

	Dreadful. I've used this company twice via TopCashback, and BOTH purchases have been initially declined FOR NO REASON. After a lot of hard work by TopCashback, and a lot of waiting, both claims were eventually paid, although Park Inn paid a lower amount than promised on the 2nd claim. I would only use them as a last resort in future.

	Poor, Tracked and then declined, put in a claim, declined. No changes made to booking either, wont be using this hotel chain again.

	One star given as no stars not allowed. Cashback tracked, showed as pending for over a year, declined 18 months after the stay was completed. TCB were no help in resolving the issue, case was closed without any resolution.

	Dreadful and more than one stay booked as well so clearly not a one off. Stays all show pending despite being booked in mid-2014. Clearly a case of fraud.or incompetence.
