Purchased a couple of whiteboards from this company and they arrived by Fedex the next day. Unfortunately one was damaged, but rang the company and they offered a replacement immediately and without question (I was on the phone for maybe 45 seconds!). Replacement arrived first thing in the morning by Fedex again, the next day, and the damaged item was collected that same afternoon.
Top Service. Couldn't ask for more...

Cashback payable as zero.
Had to submit claims - made three separate large purchases to my employer in my name yet none were payable. Does not state that business accounts do not qualify so not happy as other stationery companies track immediately even when a company purchase.
