	Bought 3 items. Purchase didn’t track so made a claim. 3 months later the claim was declined as they said I had returned the items! This was not true at all. I don’t know why companies sign up to cash back sites when they have no intention of paying out.

	Cashback did not track and after raising ticket they responded "your claim has been declined as the network has not identified ourselves as the last referral to the merchant’s site and this transaction". This is just lie, I have been using topcashback for over a decade and these are just dirty games for larger payouts. Avoid for cashback!

	Made purchase on 7th December 2017 tracked straight away and confirmed, but 10 months later still awaiting payment, this is a joke
