Novatech is fantastic. I ordered a variety of components from them as they always seemed to have the best price around! The customer service is great too, they have an official twitter account where they will answer any questions you have. Of course you can also phone them or have a "live chat" on their website.
I chose the standard free delivery (3 - 5 days) but my package turned up the next day anyway!!
The cash-back does take a while to come through but at least the rate is decent.

Ordered a Blu-ray player at 2pm and received it the next day on a standard free delivery service. I haven't had to deal with their customer service department so I can't rate that. The sale tracked within a few hours.

Cash back tracked but using amount paid excluding VAT so cash back is lower than expected. Doesn't say anything about this in merchant notes. Quite disappointed seen as we have to pay VAT regardless of what we're buying. Seems as if they're trying to lower the overall amount of cash back they pay! Only just ordered so no comment on delivery, payout of cash back or interaction with customer service.

Terrible, only bought from them since with cashback their price was competitive. Bought the item and it didn't track so set up a dispute. Took over a year for them to conclude the investigation which was unsuccessful. Was told the following too - "Whilst no reason has been communicated on this occasion, when a claim is declined there is invariably a solid reason for this." What a joke!

Don't , as i did, count on getting this - they use any reason they can to weasel out of paying. i'd priced in the cashback to make them competative, 1 item out of a large order was faulty! and they cancelled entire cashback. I wont use them again.

Novatech, have been around for some years now. Have been using them for 10+ years and always helpful, and usually competitively priced. The online chat function is helpful in speaking to someone who can get stock and technical details.
Always compare their prices but generally can't be beaten by much if at all. If you can use the fast track service, this helps even more.
