Placed an order on two accasions for a sim free phone, both orders were accepted but two days later an email arrived saying my order was cancelled by Nokia. On both times contacting their customer services I was told there was a payment problem with my credit card yet it had been Visa verified and payment went through and confirmation order was sent to me. I think they cancelled the order so as not to pay the cash back of 20%. In fact it stinks so dont bother with them.

Took a little while and a couple of nudges, but cashback now paid. This along with an O2 cashback means I am now using a Nokia N900 for the equivalent of £20pcm with internet. Works for me!

Now in fifth month of waiting. Good percentage cashback but reckon it'll be a miracle if it ever sees the light of day. The approved discount code worked a treat though. Whatever you do, don't buy on the basis of cashback.
