So you've started your cashback saving journey in time for Black Friday, but you're not totally sure how it all works...
We're going to explain what happens to your cashback from initial purchase until it lands in your earnings pot ??

Let's start at the beginning...

Log onto TopCashback, find your favourite brand, click 'Get Cashback' and make your purchase as normal. Your cashback should be 'Pending' on your Earnings page.

The brand will check if your purchase is valid. Once all of their checks are complete, your cashback should show as 'Confirmed'.

|

Once the brand has paid us, we'll pass your cashback onto you. You'll see your cashback is now 'Payable'.

Now your cashback is ready to withdraw! You can build up a pot of money, or payout your cashback straight away via BACs, PayPal or Reward Wallet.
