Bit slow to pay sometimes, other times they don't pay and I have to log a claim with TopCashBack. A good company to buy from but not brilliant when it comes to cash back.

Used to be quick, but the last 3 times, I've had to put in a missing claim. Payment is eventually made, usually about 3 months after date of purchase.
