fast cahback but...Buyer beware. we bought an oven from this firm, when it was delivered the gas fitter said the fitting was not a UK one and refused to fit the gas oven as doing so will mean he would not be able to give a gas safety certificate. (incidentally it cost £100 for the gas fitter to come out). now,the company refutes this saying they sell hundreds of these, and that is fair enough, but i'd rather trust a gas safe engineer than a firm like this, who clearly have no regard for customer service. when you buy and want to return an appliance (in my case over 45KG) they deduct an admin fee, and you have to return the appliance at your own cost. I struggled online to find a provider to take my oven and most wanted £90 + to return the oven. luckily for me i found UPS to take it for £45. though with a bit of tweaking on the website with the weight. when the chap collected it he said they will no longer be doing parcels that weight, so please be warned that there was not much else i could find less than £90 also they wouldn't insure the oven against damage, so i was left open to it being damaged in the post and losing all my money. the oven cost £199. i even asked them if they could get their courier to pick it up and i'll pay (the one who delivered it) but they said no, they have no interest in service at all. i want to warn you all in-case you are planning to buy a large appliance, you may struggle to return it if something is wrong. this company really has no regard for it's customers there is no flexibility and they have you in a corner, i got my money back less the admin fee, then there was the £45 to have it collected, after the gas fiiters, it was an expensive mistake for me using this firm. I ended up buying one from curry's and though it was a little more expensive, it was a known brand, service was excellent, and it was fitted in days, my advice would be to not scrimp like we did, and splash out for a decent branded product.
