Submitted a claim in June it's now almost October and it's still 'waiting for retailer' despite a couple of nudges. Delivery and products were fine though.

Hopeless for cashback - placed orders on 16th Nov 2011 and 23rd Jan 2012, and still waiting to even track, let alone pay! Have lodged a claim with TCB, and sent a couple of nudges, but nothing! Not always cheaper than Book People and Amazon, so check before ordering, and don't factor-in cashback as you may never get it!! Having said that delivery did arrive quickly :o)

Have given up on the cashback it's been 9 months with no signs of it! The site is good for books (if quite expensive) but if you're factoring cashback into it I would steer well clear!
