The sale was tracked correctly - but cashback declined for no reason. Seems to be a common occurrence with this vendor.

2 years wait only to be declined
Healthy amount of cashback declined, presumably from a fairly high value order placed more than 2 years ago.
As it was so long ago there's little chance of finding the supporting emails etc., to challenge and I'm not sure I can be arsed just to wait another 2 years.
Shame to see such a well-regarded company joining the growing trend of advertising here and making sales only to not fulfill on their cashback promises.

Declined Cash Back
Made an on order on the 18th Feb. TCB tracked the order and by 07:00am on the 19th Feb, Mountain Warehouse had declined. From reviewing the terms, no exclusion criteria was relevant to my order.

...Incredibly quickly! Tracked fine by TCB straight away, but merchant then declined within 3 days (no exclusion criteria relevant to my order).

The cashback was declined despite following the terms and conditions. Also the delivery service they use is awful. They threw the package with my items over a wall into my back garden so it was sat in the snow all day.

Tracked just fine. Then the retailer declined. Why do I bother even trying anymore. When it does actually register cash back the retailer just declines for no good reason!

Declined - don't buy for the cashback.
Cashback declined just like the majority of reviews on here. Almost like Mountain Warehouse pray on you buying from them with the promise of cashback then knowingly decline it.
In the normal world this would be fraud.

Another failed payout
I've bought several items over the years from Mountain Warehouse. Most have tracked but subsequently declined for no reason despite following all necessary rules for eligibility. Not sure why they offer cashback!?!

Tracked and all was ok, then declined. Looking at the reviews mountain warehouse has no intention on paying out cash back, it’s just another sales tactic to draw you in then let you down.
