The cashback took ages as Morethan did not acknowledge the claim of £20, they then eventually come back and paid £1.87! after another month and further challenges they paid the £20, hoever they have not sent why they took so long as no correspondance was sent by them. good insurance but you have to chase them for the cashback.

It took almost 9 months to get cash back which is unacceptable. Also originally stated I had £36 cash back but reduced it to £12. I would not recommend this provided for cash back and I won't be using again.

Definitely not recommended insurance. I bought in December & still waiting for Cash-back. I had to make a claim - it took them 2 months to close the case after number of e-mails, calls & nudges. Avoid for the future.
