The promised cashback of £60 has never been received since July 2012, although I still keep paying the premium for the pet insurance I took out at that time. No reason has been provided for the lack of payment. Complaint was logged in October 2012 and the status is still "WAITING FOR THE MERCHANT". If you choose their product in the hope of receiving any cashback, I would not encourage you to do so! I`m not impressed with the complaint handling process of the website either!
