	I was a bit concerned after reading other reviews. It did track as a £1 purchase with £0 pending cashback, and stayed like that until it uplifted when it became payable in just 44 days.

	Setup BACS as requested. Followed links. Purchased policy.. didn't 'track' . Possibly a reason why moneysupermarket don't have a pie-chart showing tracking stats.. unlike gocompare who do.

	Purchased home insurance on 17OCT19, put in missing c/b claim a week later. As of 3AUG20, still waiting for retailer. Not impressed.

	Still waiting for cashback Bought a home insurance policy through them in November 2023, still not received any cashback (was stated as £30). Have been told it has been put 'on ice' and I will have to wait until May until my claim can be submitted to MoneySupermarket again.

	Horrendous if I could have left 0 stars I would have. It has taken 14 months for a resolution due to non communication by the retailer. Will never use them again.

	Presumably the Churchill Insurance is good but thankfully I haven't needed to claim. However, if it's Cashback you are after from MoneySuperMarket and you can wait more than 11 months and still not receive itwhen it's time to start searching the renewal of insurance, then MoneySuperMarket is the place to go. Don't expect any efficiency in their ability to locate your purchase either. Good luck if you want to chance it, I will not bother again.

	Money Supermarket, don't waste your time purchasing from them, go elsewhere with your custom, I think they prolong the claim so that you forget your cashback !!

	Didn't track. Submitted claim with name, date and policy number so easy to validate. 10 months and still no response. Seems common.

	One star to post review but actual Rating MINUS ZERO! Avoid and take your business elsewhere as still waiting since Nov 2019. Shouldnt be offered on here in my opinion any more!
