Cashback as expected
Was undecided about getting a new phone, so decided on SIM Only instead for a year. Cashback amount was as expected, and became payable in just over a month. The deal was cheaper than going directly to the mobile company, happy with how much I am paying monthly now!

I go through this website every year for an upgrade or new SIM-only contract. Great deal on the SIM and usually get cashback too.

If you receive full amount, you are lucky
I havent received full cashback from this retailer, and my claim was rejected basis 'the correct cashback has been awarded for this transaction' with no further explanation. My claims have waited from 2021 and now rejected. Its frustrating ?? and unfortunately i had 4 of these with this retailer, lesson learnt ?? now to avoid this retailer

The cashback tracked at a lower rate initially. I was expecting £30 as had a sim only deal with Vodafone paying £10 a month. When it uplifted it was £10 cashback not £30. Same for my partner account and other reviews below. I raised missing cashback and these chancers actually had the nerve to reject it even though the offer for Vodafone up to £16 SIM only is still £30 cashback advertised! Avoid as they won’t pay you what they say. To be honest top cashback need to revoke their partnership as they are ripping people off.
