Refused cashback stating I had cancelled booking.TCB chased this after I confirmed still had booking.They then came back stating they could not find order number which they had been given twice.Looking at other reviews it is clear there are a number of cashback problems with this compant

Be wary of going through TCB with them. I have had to submit about 5-claims so far, for genuine tracked bookings! I have had a couple that have gone through, but at least 7 are causing issues at present. I would choose another hotel booking site, rather than going direct through the Millennium site to be honest.
