	I bought a PC from Mesh, which they delivered about a week later than they said they would. It lasted just under a week, before a catastrophic failure. Tech support never answered the phone, even when I waited over an hour on hold. I returned the PC to get my money back. I never got a refund. They returned the PC to me, instead of refunding... Still not working. Since they don't answer emails or the phone, I'm going to reclaim the purchase cost through my credit card under "Section 75" legislation.

	Bought for the first time from them last year. cashback was recorded fine but after delivery of the computer (which took an extra month from what they said!) they declined the cashback. I think they are doing this on purpose as i have order number and proof of payment and they are still refusing to honour cashback.

	No cashback recieved. Took Mesh 4 months to 'assess' then they just declined it. Pretty poor.

	No cash-back ever received - amount was changed to £0. Computer only lasted until just out of warranty and started to go wrong. The most expensive computer I've ever bought and by far the worst.
