	Declined all my claims to them Had 2 recent orders both declined. I didn’t return any of the items and followed their instructions. The 2 claims together didn’t even come to £6.

	Declined Cashback After following the instructions thoroughly I've recently had two lots of cashback declined for no reason. A very long wait time too.

	Avoid Like lots of other people waited 9 weeks for the cashback and was declined for no reason expecting same with the 2 other purchases I have made wish I had checked reviews before making purchase top cashback need to be checking these reviews from what I'm seeing more bad than good

	Do I have to give them even 1 star? Placed order. Initial cashback declined after about 5 weeks. Contacted customer services and they contacted Matalan. Apparently, despite only using the matalan site or TCB, "TopCashback was not seen as the final referrer of the purchase." Who was then? My earlier review said see the other 90% 1 star reviews and also they don't reject the cashback until after your time to return items.

	declined cashback for no reason I use topcashback with lots of suppliers and Matalan are the only one that has declined for now reason. Lots of others saying the same thing, Topcashback, this is affecting your reputation also as I suspect people will try other sites for cashback when using Matalan, I know I will in future. Suggest you sort the terms with Matalan properly to avoid people getting frustrated with you both.

	Declined cash back For the second time matalan have declined the cash back for no reason. I haven’t used any codes that weren’t in conjunction with top cash back, none of the items were returned and to add insult my delivery was 5 days later after paying the extra for next day delivery. That of course isn’t the fault of top cash back but seems a common theme based on the other reviews. Very disappointing

	Decline and late delivery Wouldn’t bother, wish I’d read the other reviews. Declined £2 cashback and was also a week late with delivery despite paying for next day delivery.

	declined Like all, cashback declined. Was only a few quid but still, no breack of terms and conditions, and frankly, I would have purchased somewhere else if I'd checked the reviews first. Lesson learned.

	Keep declining Just look at the other reviews. Over the past few years there are only a handful of positive reviews. All others are 1 star as they’ve declined the cashback. Guess what? Mine was declined just after the time limit for returning the items expired! Retailer on its last legs? You now have to spend £20 to click and collect instore and it can still take quite a while to arrive.

	Declined £4 cashback declined from a £40 order. No explanation as to why. Wish I'd have gone to another retailer for what I wanted.

	DISGRACE Declined 21st April £5.48 and 30th April £7.65 What's the point reason I placed orders was to get 10% cashback, tracked getting fed up no point contacting TCB because they will just say the retailer declined and not get a reason why... Not sure I will use Matalan again this was my first time ordering from them and both orders get declined..

	Like many others declined No reason for it however this retailer seems to be constantly declining cash back offers and doing so late in order for you not to be able to argue it. Will happily not bother shopping at Matalan

	Had to claim for cashback Like many others I completed a purchase in Nov 2024 on two separate orders, totalling a decent chunk of cashback. I used no vouchers/discounts etc. so breached no t&c's but the claim was declined. I had to go via TopCashBack claim service to resolve and receive the money eventually. Really poor form from Matalan - but I am not alone it seems.
